You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the decisions you make based on it. SubQ does not verify prescriptions, dosages, or compound authenticity. Double-check your math, follow your provider's guidance, and use the app as a companion, not a replacement for professional care.

SubQ offers optional paid plans (monthly, annual, and lifetime) through the Apple App Store. Key details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed before purchase

Use SubQ for its intended purpose: personal health tracking. Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the app to promote illegal activity. We reserve the right to update or discontinue features at any time.

SubQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health outcomes, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the app. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover it if your device is lost, damaged, or reset.

The SubQ name, logo, mascot, design, and all original content are the property of Orbion SARL. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will note the revision date at the top of this page.
